Lubricated Screw Air Compressor

Lubricated screw air compressor is based on the "helical rotor compression" technology. The core part of this technology is two spiral rotors, which mesh and rotate with each other in the housing. When air enters the air inlet of the compressor, the rotors compress the air through precise meshing and discharge high-pressure air at the outlet. Lubricating oil plays an important role in this process, not only reducing the friction between the rotors but also helping to cool the compressor and reduce the operating temperature. The low-noise design of the lubricated screw air compressor comes from its precise rotor meshing and optimized air flow path. When the spiral rotor is running, the tight meshing and smooth guidance of the air flow significantly reduce the violent fluctuation of the air flow, thereby reducing the mechanical noise generated. The lubricating oil system plays a buffering role during lubrication, reduces mechanical friction, and further suppresses the generation of noise. Compared with traditional piston compressors, the noise level of lubricated screw compressors is significantly reduced, making it widely used in places that require a low-noise working environment (such as hospitals, laboratories, office areas, etc.).
