Two-Stage Rotary Screw Air Compressor

Two-stage rotary screw air compressor is based on the cooperation of two screw groups. The air enters the screw chamber of the compressor. After initial compression, the compressed air is cooled to a suitable temperature through the intercooler, and then enters the second screw chamber for further compression, and finally outputs high-pressure air. This process can effectively reduce the compression ratio of each stage, reduce mechanical wear, and heat accumulation. Drilling, blasting, mining machinery, etc., in mining operations require large-flow high-pressure air as a power source. In underground mine operations, due to the special environment, the equipment must be able to withstand high loads and ensure safe operation. The design of the two-stage screw air compressor can operate stably in high temperature and high humidity environments, while providing a large flow of compressed air to ensure the normal operation of mining equipment.
